Atelier is a small collection of photographs you can find and buy — yourself, or through an AI assistant like Claude. Nothing in it is generated and nothing is scraped. Every frame carries the name of the photographer who made it, the gallery it came from, and what you are allowed to do with it.
You are not paying for a file. You are paying for someone having been there.
A model can make any image you describe in seconds. It cannot make the afternoon — the light that day, the tide somebody waited two hours for. That is the only thing Atelier sells.
Photographs
A few frames by the photographer who runs Atelier — the kind of picture the collection is made of. Ask for one by subject, by colour, or simply by a feeling: somewhere quiet and green finds frames even when no caption uses those words.

For photographers
Atelier is also, simply, a place to deliver your work. Selling is one switch on a gallery — leave it off, and it is a photo gallery and stays a photo gallery.
What it does
- Upload a shoot and sort it into tabs.
- Hand a client the link. Decide whether they can download the originals, and collect an email first if you want one.
- Switch on “Sell this gallery” and an assistant can find its photographs and buy them.
What stays yours
- Nothing is offered to an assistant or put up for sale until you switch it on, one gallery at a time.
- Every new gallery starts private, and opens only for someone with its access code until you choose to make it public.
- Your photographs are never used to train an AI model, and every license sold here forbids the buyer from using them to train one.

Buy one photograph when you need one, or subscribe for a few each month. Either way you pay on a checkout page you open yourself — your assistant never sees your card.

The license
One license covers every photograph: personal use, version 1. Use the image on your own devices and personal projects, forever. No resale, no redistribution, no commercial use, no AI training.
You may
- Set the image as a wallpaper, lock screen or background on devices you own
- Print it for your own home or as a personal gift
- Use it in personal, non-commercial projects and posts, with credit where practical
- Keep and re-download it after a subscription ends
- Crop, resize and adjust it for your own use
You may not
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the file, altered or not
- Any commercial or promotional use, including for a business you own
- Using it as part of a logo, trademark or product for sale
- Including it in a dataset used to train machine-learning models
- Removing or altering authorship information supplied with the file
